It was easy to disregard the rumors that Kim Kardashian cheated on her fiance Kris Humphries as just another fame-whoring football player trying to raise some scandal, but now Kim’s alleged hook-up, Bret Lockett, claims that he has solid proof the two engaged in a little something-something.

In a video interview with TMZ, the New England Patriots player claimed that, if asked, he would be able to prove the affair.

“At the end of the day, Kim knows what happened and I know what happened. Kim can deny this all she wants to, but if she wants to go the legal route and start recalling text messages and conversations and pictures and all of that, then that’s not a problem.”

Lockett told InTouch Weekly that the two were involved for five months while she was with Kris, though Kim denies the whole thing. She told E! News, “I have no idea who this person is.” And Kiki was so pissed about the article that she has even threatened to sue the magazine and Lockett for defamation.

Someone’s lying in this situation…and even though Lockett seems like kind of a d-bag for dealing with this tabloid-style, it’s all in Kim’s court now. She better act fast before some more shiz hits the fan.
