Jenelle Evans has screwed up again. Radar Online has obtained a violation report stating Jenelle isn't doing the shiz she's suppose to be doing. Wow, there's a shocker!

The report says Jenelle tested positive for marijuana on July 13, and admitted to using. So much for staying sober! It also says Jenelle hasn't been attending an aftercare/discharge plan since she was released from rehab, which was required as part of her release. Jenelle is also found to be $320 behind on court and probation supervision fees. Considering how fast she has gone through her 'Teen Mom 2' money, I'm not surprised.

Her attorney claims she's up to date on her payments but he won't comment on the positive drug test.
