Kate Middleton Wedding Dress Enshrined, Displayed in Buckingham Palace Exhibit
You know you're royalty when instead of getting boxed-up and thrown in the attic with mothballs and old records, your wedding dress gets freakin' enshrined and put on display for hundreds of thousands of people.
This weekend, Buckingham Palace opens a new exhibit which will display Kate Middleton's wedding dress, along with other memorable items from the royal wedding. The Palace has already sold 125,000 advance tickets for the opportunity to get a close-up look, at Kate's iconic dress, along with her shoes and jewelery, and even a portion of the actual wedding cake. The Duchess herself is said to be checking out the exhibit herself today along with her majesty-in-law, Queen Elizabeth II.
The exhibit runs through October 3, and is expected to receive over half a million visitors.
