Mike "The Situation" Sorrentino Turns 30, Vinny Guadagnino Still AWOL
Mike "The Situation" Sorrentino turned 30 yesterday and he celebrated the occasion the only way a professional guido should - gettin' his GTL on with the boys.
The Sitch has long looked like someone photoshopped a 40-year-old's head onto a college 'roid freak's body, so it's a bit shocking to learn he's just now hitting the big 3-0. Then again, he has the mentality of a toddler in need or a diaper change, so the thought that he's entering his fourth decade of life makes me wanna punch him in the face more than ever.
Mike celebrated with his boys - including Ronnie Ortiz-Magro who has apparently learned to suppress his urge to beat the fake tan off of The Sitch - but Vinny Guadagnino was notably absent from the proceedings. Vinny bounced from the Jersey Shore house on Saturday and has yet to return, fueling rumors that he's done with the show for good. Maybe he just couldn't deal with the realization that the d-bag who's cock-blocking him all this time is actually a full-fledged grown-up.

Vinny hasn't been gone for long. I'm hopeful that MTV can talk him into coming back.
Going months w/out a cell phone or being able to get online must feel strange & you can't really blame him for wanting a break. Hopefully Vinny will get over himself & return. I can't imagine how the cast (the men especially) will get along/ interact together w/out him.
