Well, that didn't last long. On the heels of news that her TLC show LA Ink has been canceled, Kat Von D revealed that she's reconciled with world class douche-nozzle Jesse James and that the happy couple is engaged once again. Someone's desperate for a new reality show!

Kat announced her "re-engagement" in People magazine and in the interest of burning every professional bridge left to her, she also claimed that basically everything you'll see on this season of LA Ink is total BS. "In an effort to capitalize on my recent breakup, the network has decided to focus their energy on re-editing events that didn’t happen while filming," Kat said. "In my opinion, any attempt to compromise the honesty of that would be an insult to my fans and viewers.” Oh, so it was her idea to end the show! Gotcha. Well, pissing off her bosses and getting back together with her a-hole ex sounds like a good career plan to me.

For his part of the interview, Jesse went on and on about "how special" Kat is and how he'll never stop "fighting and striving to...blah, blah, blah." My read of this situation is that Kat dumped Jesse, but found herself in desperate need of publicity since her show got canceled. She offered to take him back and he jumped at the chance, knowing no other girl on earth would touch his aging Nazi wang with a ten-foot pole. And people say romance is dead!
