Miley Cyrus, 18, bought her first mansion a year ago, but she's already ready to upgrade. Miley purchased a $3.9 million pad in Studio City in Los Angeles. E! news is reporting that the spread is "a pretty sweet party house."

Miles will still be close to her parents' home.

Her house has five bedrooms, seven bathrooms, a saltwater pool, spa, gym and more.

"She moved in a few months ago," a Cyrus source tells us of the home purchased by the Sunshine Girl Trust. "She decorated the place in her own unique style—very funky."

Cyrus' house is reportedly in a very private location where she won't be caught by the paparazzi, E! reports.
