Ashton Kutcher: Alleged Mistress Lawyers Up

The 23-year-old chick named Sara Leal, who claims that she had sex with Ashton Kutcher after a booze-fueled boys night in San Diego on Friday, has hired a top Hollywood attorney. Ashton's jumpoff has gone into hiding and "she is freaking out," one of her friends says.

Ironically, Ashton and Demi Moore's six-year wedding anniversary was on September 24th, just days before his alleged hook up.

He was out until the early hours of that morning. "Ashton didn't look like someone who was celebrating a wedding anniversary," one clubgoer told RadarOnline.com.

Ashton and Demi have not responded to requests for comment. Star magazine has already prepared a new issue, which hits newsstands tomorrow, alleging that the cougar couple is "officially over" because of Ashton's cheating.

Star magazine claims: "Ashton and Demi have separated and the marriage is over. The relationship ended because of Ashton's serial cheating. It's a painful time for Demi."

The tabloid also reported that he had sex with some girl named Brittney Jones three times while Demi was filming in Detroit.
