There is a time in every young celebrity’s life when he or she takes a trip to certain kind of doctor, goes on “vacation,” and then emerges weeks later with a new chin or two more cup sizes or lips that seem to take up two-thirds of one’s face. And, all the while, they bounce around town with their new silicon and deny any sort of nipping, tucking, or Amanda Lepore resemblance (hello Ali Lohan!).

Sadly, it looks like little 21-month-old Mason Disick is no different. Or at least his mama, Kourtney Kardashian, is putting him on the path to be a subject on the sure-to-happen-eventually MTV special True Life: I Got Plastic Surgery as a Toddler. Thank you, Toddlers and Tiaras. 

[Kourtney] was seen leaving her New York hotel with boyfriend Scott Disick on her way to consult a plastic surgeon as Mason's nose was covered with a bandage.

No news on whether he’ll go under the knife, or whether the plastic surgeon whacked Kourtney and Scott on the head for their stupidity. But if you hear the two of them blabbing about Mason’s deviated septum in a few weeks, you’ll know what’s what!
