While bloggers across the Internet find it hilariously pathetic that Lindsay Lohan had to take her frecklecrotch to Italy to find work, she's actually making half a million dollars from her new modeling job! Fox News reports that Lindsay will pocket $500,000 for modeling and making associated appearances for Phillip Plein.

Lindsay is thanking Phillip for the gig the only way she knows how: by putting out.

“Lindsay has been staying in Philipp’s room every night since she arrived,” an insider told FOX411’s Pop Tarts column. “There’s a lot of chemistry there.”

Lohan has a lot to thank Plein for. It reportedly "took two months of various negotiations" for her reps to secure the job because "people were hesitant to hire her!" Damn.

Lindsay may get more jobs abroad and she may go to Russia in October.

"This is more of our effort to engage Lindsay in more European endeavors. They seem to be able to look beyond the past and realize everyone has a setback.”
