Miley Cyrus to Prestige: "I'm Not a Bad Girl"
Miley Cyrus has been laying low in recent months, presumably focusing on her career and her on-again relationship with Liam Hemsworth. We've been waiting for Miley to grab headlines again with some new, possibly bong-related scandal, but if her interview with Prestige magazine is to be believed, Miley's done with controversy for good.
Miley claims that despite the way she's portrayed by the press, she's "not a bad girl." In fact, she spends much of the interview re-directing the focus to her career and upcoming film projects like So Undercover.
What's gained more attention than the interview, however, is the photo shoot. Miley looks grown up and damn good in these shots, and seems intent on saying to the world that she's done acting out and ready to grab headlines for all the right reasons.

As much as I hate to say it because this girl just irritates me, I'm inclined to believe her. I think she's just young and she wanted to party. Big deal. I did far worse at her age than what's been sensationalized in the press, and I don't consider what I did "acting out" or being "bad." Immature maybe, but that's to be expected.
