Afeni Shakur: Tupac's Mom Will Sue If Sex Tape Is Released

I guess we won't be seeing a Tupac sex tape after all if Tupac's mother Afeni Shakur has it her way. A rep for Tupac's estate made it very clear to TMZ that they will sue anyone "who tries to sell a Tupac tape.

The estate has the power to authorize the use of Tupac's image, and there's now way the sex tape will ever get approval. Pac's momma Afeni Shakure has told her spokesperson, "Get the legal team ready because we will not allow someone to put it out."

I guess if the person can't properly sell it, they're just gonna have to accidentally put it on the Internet. What's wrong with letting his trouser lizard legacy live on through the sex tape? Man, it's not fair. We're totally being cock blocked.... Literally.
