Miley Cyrus was in Haiti months ago, and she made good on her promise to keep her charitable efforts going. Miles was working in Haiti last week working with the Starkey Hearing Foundation. Miley uses her celebrity status for good and she kept telling the crowd of children that she can't wait to return to Haiti. While in Haiti, Miley had complete anonymity, which she reportedly enjoyed.

Starkey wrote an article about Miley's efforts and we have an excerpt: "This young woman with the world at her feet and her feet grounded, was excited about sharing the mission experience she had last February with her family and friends."

Miley didn't act like a diva even though was extremely hot while she worked with the Starkey Hearing Faoundation.

"It was HOT! Hotter than I have ever experienced (and I have been to Vietnam in August!). At first I thought Miley would never last because of the extreme environment. But Miley was there from the first child to the last."
