Teresa Giudice Says Caroline Manzo is Jealous of Her Success

Real Housewives of New Jersey star Teresa Giudice's last book, Fabulicious!, spent ONE WEEK on the New York Times Bestseller list and Teresa says that Caroline Manzo is jealous of her success. On last night's episode of RHONJ, Teresa published a tabloid under cookbook genre where she insulted Melissa Gorga, Caroline and her sons and her other Housewives co-stars.

Teresa said that Caroline "is as Italian as the Olive Garden" and she insulted Caroline's sons. Her co-stars and fans of the show were not impressed. Giudice blogged: "My cookbooks are not 'bashing books.' They're fun and funny and unique...like me."

Teresa says that if she "meant any harm," she wouldn't have put "a big, beautiful picture of [Caroline]" in her book.

The cookbook author says she's made similar cracks about Manzo on The Rachael Ray Show, and her "millions of compliments to the Manzos in the book make it very, very clear I was kidding."

Teresa added that Manzo is jealous because she tried to sell her own cookbook, but no one wanted it.

Teresa said: "My book got picked up. Caroline's didn't. Not one publisher wanted it... I wish everyone success in all they do, but I can't help it hers didn't get published."
