Vicki Gunvalson Plastic Surgery Before and After Pictures

Real Housewives of Orange County star Vicki Gunvalson decided it was time to have plastic surgery to give herself a confidence boost. Vicki says she turned to Dr. Jason Pozner to perform a 'Divorce Do-over' on her. You know, just a little pick-me-up.

Vicki spent $5,700 on lasers, Botox injections between her brows, and added fillers to her cheeks, jawline and lips. Vicki says, "It hurt, but facials didn't work and this did."

Vicki also had her thighs slimmed down using a technique which freezes fat cells, and treated her cellulite on her mid-section with a contour machine. After all the pain and healing, Vicki is pleased with the results.

"There's life after divorce. I'm happier than I've been in a long time!"

Would it have been too much to ask to have her teeth shaved down a little bit? Just wondering.
