Kim Kardashian "Mortified" With How Kris Humphries Treated Her On Camera

Kim Kardashian lives her life like it's a never-ending reality show, so it seems appropriate that it took E! cameras to make her realize what her friends and family had been telling her all along: Kris Humphries is a world-class d-bag.

Radar Online reports that Kim reached her decision to divorce Kris after watching footage for the upcoming season of Kourtney and Kim Take New York and realizing that Kris comes off as a "lazy and insensitive" jerk who treats her like crap in front of family, friends, and camera crews. According to a source close to Kim, watching the footage prompted her to take immediate action. The source says Kim was "absolutely mortified when she saw on camera, the way that Kris was treating her. The marriage was already under a tremendous amount of stress, but she just couldn't believe that she had married this man."

Of course, it takes two to make a marriage work (or fail) and it seems unlikely that someone with Kim's ego would just sit idly by while her husband heaped abuse onto her in front of a national TV audience. But don't expect to see any footage of Kim lashing out at Kris. "Viewers will see the demise of Kim and Kris' marriage, but footage that is unflattering to Kim won't be shown," claims the insider. Wait, so Kim Kardashian is controlling and concerned about her public image?! I find that hard to believe!
