Kris Humphires: Homophobic? Suing Kim Kardashian?

According to Life & Style magazine, Kris Humphries will play a bigger role in the upcoming season of Kourtney and Kim Take New York than he would have liked. Worse, he'll be portrayed in the show as a homophobic a-hole who Kim Kardashian left for good reason. Naturally, Kris is already planning to take legal action.

The magazine reports that Kris has met with lawyers to discuss the possibility of suing Kim for upwards of $10 million, either as compensation for his expanded role in the reality series, or as motivation for Kim and company to cut him from the show entirely. And why might Kris want to be edited out of scenes he already filmed? Because the footage apparently reveals him to be a homophobic d-bag.

“Midway through the season, Kris starts bullying Kim’s best friend, Jonathan Cheban, about his sexuality,” says a source close to Kim. “Jonathan isn’t gay, but Kris accuses him of being gay and criticizes him for it in a really homophobic way." Kris' family claims much of the show was scripted, including the scenes that portray Kris as homophobic. Yeah, try explaining that to the millions of people who will want Kris' head on a stick after he's seen using "gay" as an insult on national TV.
