Kris Humphries Plans to File for Separation, Not Divorce!

And here we were thinking that Kris Humphries is dumb as hell (he is), but at least he's smart enough to know what's up. Kim Kardashian filed for divorce 72 days after getting married, but Kris plans to seek a legal separation. He is expected to file the court papers within days.

"The NBA player's ultimate intent is to annul the marriage, clearing the record of ever being married to the reality star," People magazine reports.

After Kimmy "blindsided" Kris by telling him she was filing for divorce via TMZ, she flew to Minnesota when the backlash started heating up. Kim met with Kris and the pastor who married them and he agreed to sign the divorce papers.

The reality star filed for divorce to make headlines, and she got that, but Kris doesn't care about that stupid sh!t. Hopefully their marriage will be annulled, as it should be. It's not like Kim cared about the marriage to begin with. She must be so disappointed that she can't have a divorce series now that many people have turned on her.
