Lea Michele Covers Allure Magazine, Praises Gwyneth Paltrow
Lea Michele is on the December issue of Allure magazine where she talks about rumors about her being a diva, her unconventional beauty, Gwyneth Paltrow and more. She surprisingly looks like sh!t in the photos and I love it! The Glee star is pretty boring and repetitious. She's already talked about being told to get a nose job on several occasions and she has already praised Gwyneth, but what she hasn't done before is explained why she thought that being a diva was a positive thing?!
On her nose: When I was 15, my mother and I went to meet a manager who said, ‘You have to get a nose job in order for me to work with you.’ My mother would say to me, ‘Barbra Streisand never got a nose job. You’re not getting a nose job.’ And this was before I really even knew who Barbra was. I just knew that she was, like, the messiah for girls like me.
On why she doesn't have an eating disorder: I’m half Italian, I can eat some bitches under the table.
On what she thinks of Gwyneth Paltrow: I don’t know what people are smoking, because this woman is one of the most talented, beautiful, smart but laid-back, cool people I’ve worked with. That’s what I hate about this business. Before I met her, I was intimidated because of her image. But she’s the greatest.”
On being called a diva: I came from the theater world, where the word ‘diva’ was awesome. But it’s different in Los Angeles. And this all happened to me so quickly. But I came to L.A., and the first audition I went on was for Glee. And I was on the show two months later and had a very different life.
... And that is why I can't stand this b!tch. Lea is so f*cking fake. She has always known that being called a diva is not a positive label, but she found a creative way to spin it instead of saying something that would work much better like 'Some days I can be a diva, but that's not me every single day. Everyone has their moments...'
