WOAH! Mariah Yeater was going on TV crying about how Justin Bieber allegedly had sex with her in a bathroom at the Staples Center, which resulted in her getting pregnant with her son Trystan, but now she has dropped her paternity suit. Talk about a smoking gun!

TMZ reports that Mariah's paternity lawsuit was quietly dismissed late last week. Her lawyers have also withdrawn from the case!!

"Justin not only planned to take a DNA test when he returned to the U.S, he was going to sue Yeater and her lawyers for making a bogus claim."
