Miley Cyrus has been the subject of a lot of wild rumors lately, many of which she started herself (say that you're a pothead in public, and it may start a rumor that you smoke pot). But for the latest gossip surrounding Miley, you only see need a set of eyes to see the evidence. The teen star's low-cut dresses at two recent events have led to speculation that she's had breast implants.

“Her breasts are very nice and round and it looks like she has had them done,” said Dr. Tahl Humes, a plastic surgeon who rather creepily commented on the pics of Miley. “Whoever did them did a very good job,” he added.

Humes went on to claim that Jennifer Aniston also had implants, so he might be a bit of a quack, but other docs who inspected the photos also stated with certainty that Miley has had her girls inflated.
