Whenever Katy Perry doesn't look good, I'm just like, 'Well at least she has a nice rack! Shiiiiiiiit.' Katy has gone blonde and she cut off all of her hair. Mr and Mrs. Russell Brand walked the red carpet at the Change Begins Within Benefit Celebration on Saturday debuting her new look.

Katy has said that she wanted to return to her natural blonde color. Because she had black hair forever, she had to go to red first, and then pink and purple or whatever.

Katy's not looking very good with this look. It makes her neck look long and the contrast of having dark hair with light eyes is now completely gone. Because Katy's hair is so short now, she needs to work on styling it better! CHECK IT OUT
