There were reports that Lindsay Lohan turned down several New Year's Eve party hosting offers because she no longer wants to be a party girl. TMZ then reported that she "will ring in 2012 at a RAGING PARTY in Dubai," but that isn't true.

Lohan's rep, Steve Honig, stands by his client's story that she will not be partying it up on Saturday night. He said: “Lindsay is not going to Dubai, nor had she ever considered doing so. She will be spending New Year's Eve in Los Angeles with a few close friends and family."
