Lindsay Lohan has turned down various offers to host New Year's Eve parties because she is "desperately trying to change her party girl image."

Lindsay could have made an easy 6-figures for partying on New Year's Eve, like Kim Kardashian, but she received high marks from the judge earlier this month and she doesn't want to backtrack on her progress.

LiLo plans to ring in the new year at home with a few close friends.

This is just another typical crackhead move from Lindsay. She'll avoid hosting parties on New Year's only to be photographed falling all over the pavement after clubbin' every other day of the year!
