Yesterday, Star magazine spread the word that Miley Cyrus definitely has breast implants and they had the medical experts to back them up. Of course, this is Star that we're talking about and one of those "experts" came off creepier than Jerry Sandusky dressed as a birthday clown, so everyone assumed it was BS.

But just to be on the safe side, Miley issued a statement assuring her fans that she's 100% natural. "Thank you for the compliment but these babies are all mine," Miles tweeted. "I wish they'd realize you don't have to be fake to be beautiful!"

Well, there ya have it. Staying silent on the matter would've basically been the equivalent of saying, "Yep, they're fake," so she had to say something. I just wish Miley would realize that having real boobs doesn't mean you're not "fake."
