Although Mindy McCready could more legal trouble for not returning her 5-year-old son to Florida, she says she doesn't care. The has been country singer and fame whore is playing by her own rules.

Mindy told the Associated Press: "No matter what happens, I'm going to protect my kid. If I have to go to jail, so be it."

She needs some meds. If she is in jail, she won't exactly be 'protecting' her damn kid! Dumba*s!

Mindy, 36, also said that she and her son Zander are currently in Nashville.  A judge ordered that McCready return Zander to his father in Florida by yesterday evening.

She claims that she can't get back to Florida because she's nearly seven months preggers.
