Glee is dedicating an entire episode to the music of Michael Jackson because Glee is basically like a weekly Broadway show, equipped with divas: Lea Michele anyone?, and queens: Chris Colfer FTW! To promote the episode, cast members Chris Colfer, Naya Rivera, Darren Criss and Lea Michele posed for the cover of TV Guide.
Cory Monteith, who plays Finn, said: “What makes ‘Michael’ a great tribute episode is that it successfully carries a lot of our storylines forward while at the same time paying homage to the King of Pop.”
The highly anticipated Michael Jackson tribute episode airs Jan. 31 on Fox. Glee’s tribute episodes are always some of the series’ best. I’m looking forward to it.
