Michelle Williams won a Golden Globe Award for her impressive portrayal of Marilyn Monroe in My Week With Marilyn and the talented star from Dawson’s Creek is also nominated for an Academy Award. But Michelle doesn’t play by Hollywood’s rules. She lives in Brooklyn, she’s fiercely private, she puts work before whoring herself out on every red carpet. Williams told E! News “I just want to go back to being a mom for a while.”

Michelle says that even when she’s working she still thinks about her daughter Matilda and “can’t wait to get back to her at the end of the day.” She added: Raising my daughter is my absolute priority. Everything I do is to make Matilda’s world as happy and secure as possible.” Williams just wrapped up Oz: The Great and Powerful, in which she plays Glinda the Good Witch. The film will be out next year.
