More details are coming out about Johnny Depp‘s alleged split with longtime girlfriend Vanessa Paradis. Some sources say that they split a year ago, while People Magazine reports that the couple “hasn’t existed for two years.”
When Johnny was in Paris promoting The Rum Diary in November, Vanessa made separate plans. An insider said: “While Johnny went to his premiere, she went instead to a concert that night. It was weird and pretty clear: You’re in town and don’t go to the premiere of [Johnny's] film? One which he starred in, produced?” Hmmm.
Vanessa also didn’t accompany Depp to the Cannes Film Festival in May. When they went on vacation on their yacht Vajoliroja, they didn’t arrive to pick up the boat together and when the trip was over “they were off in separate directions.”
Johnny is also reportedly looking into buying lavish real estate in the UK. He now has an English country estate and he bought a loft in LA last March despite having a family mansion in West Hollywood.
That’s the problem with private couples like Johnny and Vanessa, they’re not going to be forthcoming about their split. Don’t hold your breath for a public statement from these two.
