We are so happy for Ali Lohan! Lindsay’s younger sister looks like she’s had some meals since the last time that we saw her and she is looking great! Ali posed for Terry Richardson and she does not look sickly.

Aliana looks like a young, dark haired version of Lindsay vs. looking like a much older woman who needs to check into a rehab facility for an eating disorder. Ali remains thin, but at least she’s looking naturally thin. It’s nice to see her smile! Considering the family that Ali comes from, she needs all the positive energy in the world.
