Demi Lovato changes her hair color with the aplomb of Ashlee Simpson (god forbid that’s how she ends up), and now natural brunette Demi has gone from deep auburn to blonde!

The 19 year-old singer/actress tweeted a picture of her new hair color, leading to “Demi Blondevato” becoming a trending topic on Twitter. It’s good that she can have a nickname like this, because nobody wants to mash her name with Wilmer Valderamma in the Bennifer vein. We like her new hair color way better than we like him. (For real, though.)

I would insert a joke about how blondes have more fun, but I don’t want to because I really hope she does have more fun! In a way that doesn’t involve rehab.
