A shaky, unfocused video is making its way around the Internet, and while it may not be the world’s most reliable source, witnesses say it shows Justin Bieber screaming “F*ck you!” at two teenage fans.

We know that Justin and Selena Gomez went to to Disneyland for Valentine’s Day, and that appears to be where this video was shot. Again, it could be total BS, but if the voice in the video does belong to Justin, I really can’t say I blame him. The girls holding the camera sound annoying as hell. They’re not trying to say hi or get an autograph; they’re laughing hysterically while following him around with a video camera.

Anyway, the video is brief and inconclusive, but even the Biebs’ biggest fansites are claiming the incident is legit, so I’m gonna go ahead and assume it actually happened, but it’s unclear enough that Justin will never have to apologize for it. Jump in to watch the video.
