Essentially, Mother Monster just found another way to make headlines, and she isn’t keeping her promise.

Gaga is still a Tweeting fool on Twitter and she recently hit a huge social media milestone, b!tch now has 21 million followers! Seriously, celebs are running the media these days, which is great for them. Most magazines and websites don’t garner that much views.
