Is this where our taxpayer dollars are going? Russell Brand turned himself into police in New Orleans within the last hour where he is currently in police custody. A warrant was issued for Brand’s arrest after he took a paparazzo’s phone and threw it through the window of a law office.

Rusty agreed to pay for the window, and the photographer got his phone back, but that didn’t satisfy the popo!
