When it comes to creating worldwide phenomenons, women have arguably been dominating the literary world for the past decade. Like J.K. Rowling, E.L. James is another female British author who fancies using her initials. E.L. is a suburban mother of two who wrote “Shades of Grey” as Twilight fan fiction. She says that she’s “still amazed” that her book is so popular. Shades of Grey is about a young college student and her hot billionaire boyfriend. It’s supposed to be extremely racy. I need to hurry up and finish the book I’m currently reading so that I can inhale this one! Hopefully Shades lives up to the hype.
