It may sound weird to us, but Britney Spears wants her fiance to be in charge of her affairs. Both Britney’s father Jamie and Britney herself wanted Jason Trawick to become the pop icon’s co-conservator. Jamie filed the petition earlier this month asking Jason to be added as co-conservator.

TMZ reports: “The lawyers say Jamie is “thrilled.” As co-conservator, Jason is now empowered to help decide how Britney will earn and spend her money — including the $15 million deal she’s about to sign with “X Factor.”

So is Britney going to legally be in charge of herself again at any point in the future, ever?! Seriously, WTH.
