Like Adam Lambert, Kelly Clarkson is an American Idol winner with an army of obsessive fans and a unique look. Unlike Glambert, however, Kelly’s uniqueness comes from the fact that she just doesn’t give a sh!t.
The newly slimmed-down singer pointed out the differences between herself and her more image-conscious peers in a recent interview, and her comments could easily be construed as disses. “I don’t want to wear no stiletto,” Kelly recently told People. “I am not a model and I am not Beyoncé. It is not going to happen.”
Kelly kept the subtle burns and bad grammar going with a jab at Lady Gaga, saying, “Sometimes I turn on awards shows and pop stars are wearing alien costumes. I’m like, ‘That’s cool for you but ain’t no way in hell someone is going to convince me to wear that on stage.”’
