Kim Kardashian probably thought she was getting a famewhore 2-for-1 special when she started dating Kanye West. Not only would she be publicly bedding an A-list rapper, but she thought she’d get the opportunity to become BFFs with Beyonce. Until, of course, Beyonce caught wind of that plan.
Their dudes might be besties, but sources say Beyonce has made it perfectly clear that she has no intention of buddying up with Kim. “Kim wants to travel everywhere with Kanye, but she’s also trying to do whatever she can to get close to Beyoncé,” says a source who spoke with the New York Daily News. For Kim, it’s not just a matter of trying to become friends with her boyfriend’s friends. The world seeing her hang out with Beyonce would do wonders for her image.
Kim and Beyonce will both be in London for a five-night stop on the Watch the Throne tour, during which time, Kim will reportedly do whatever it takes to endear herself to Bey. Naturally, Kim’s reps claim it’s just a coincidence that the two ladies will be in the same city for an extended period of time, but we’re more inclined to believe the anonymous source who claims Kim “lives and breathes to hang out with Beyoncé.”
