Jennifer Lopez isn’t the only older woman that Casper Smart has dated, before Jenny, Casper was living with a choreographer named Aisha Francis, his girlfriend of two years. Aisha is allegedly pushing 40 or at least in her mid-thirties. Josh Ayers, who used to dance with Casper in LA, told In Touch magazine that Aisha is the one who got Casper hired to work with JLo.

In Touch reports: “Aisha had no idea what was transpiring right under her nose until she turned on the TV one day last November and watched in shock as she learned that Caper had moved on with J.Lo. “He used her to get what he wanted, then left her for J.Lo.”
