The former Mrs. Kutcher is reportedly involved with mega-ripped up-and-comer Joseph Manganiello, best known for playing Alcide on the hit HBO show. The two were spotted together at a recent party, and according to witnesses, they seemed to have it goin' on. "They looked amazing together," said a source. "Demi was getting a lot more attention than a lot of the younger girls in the room…They had amazing chemistry."

Another insider says that Demi is happier and healthier than she's been in years, and it's all thanks to Joseph. Though not currently a household name, Joe has a high-profile role in the upcoming movie Magic Mike, in which he plays a stripper named Big Dick. So that explains it.
