Jack Osbourne recently made a sad, shocking revelation. The 26 year-old reality star has multiple sclerosis. MS is an autoimmune disease that affects the brain and spinal cord and can be extremely painful, causing problems with muscle control and strength, vision, balance, feeling and thinking.

Jack told People magazine: “I was just angry and frustrated and kept thinking, ‘Why now?’ I’ve got a family and that’s what’s supposed to be the most important thing.”

Each person who has MS is affected differently, ranging from minor problems to serious pain and disabilities. Montel Williams also has MS.

Jack discovered that he had the disease after losing 60 percent of his vision in his right eye. The diagnosis came two weeks after the birth of his daughter, Pearl Clementine, in April.

Kelly Osbourne Tweeted: “Please support my brother @mrjacko in not only his bravery but honesty! I love you so much jack & I’m so proud of you!”

Jack said “Adapt and overcome’ is my new motto.” Good for him!
