It looks like Tom Cruise and Katie Holmes’ divorce may be a nasty one. Katie, 33, wants sole custody of her six year-old daughter with Tom, Princess Suri Cruise. Tom is reportedly “blindsided” and “deeply saddened” that Katie suddenly dumped him. REWIND to a few years ago when Tom dumped Nicole Kidman VIA THE PRESS and you won’t feel so bad for Tommy boy!

Katie filed for divorce in New York yesterday citing “irreconcilable differences.” She wants sole legal custody and “primary residential custody” of Suri. She is also seeking a “suitable amount” of child support.

Tom and Katie have a prenup that is based on California law. The has been actress made no mention of a prenup in her filming.

Cruise is “very sad” because he “did not see this coming.” Both parties were spotted wearing their wedding rings this week!

Who knew that Katie had it in her?! She’s always come across like such a doormat who would never leave her master. Unlike Katy Perry’s quickie marriage to a sex addict, I’d actually like to know WTF with this one.
