Kelly Clarkson lost some weight recently, and she’s now talking about it to anyone who will listen. Kelly covers the new issue of Redbook where she goes on yet again about how she’s, like, totally healthy and in love and junk.

“I’ve always been that kid who was chunkier than the others,” says Kelly. “I don’t think it’s fair to put that kind of pressure on girls. I’m a very normal person. I’m someone who’s sick of trying to bend to what society tries to bend you to.” She adds that she diets and works out for her health and has “no desire to be super-skinny.”
Kelly’s got it all backwards. You’re supposed to lose weight when you’re single, not when you’re already in a relationship. As for all the “super-skinny” talk, is she just fishing for compliments? If we all tell her that she’s skinny will she get back to talking about her music or how much she hates Simon Cowell, or anything else besides her weight?
