Katie Holmes is a better actress than I thought. The 33 year-old claims that her marriage to Tom Cruise was “irretrievably” broken at least 6 months prior to her filing for divorce. Meanwhile Tom was “blindsided” by the split and he had “no idea” she was going to end their relationship.

Photos of Tom and Katie holding hands together were taken as recently as just a few weeks ago!

Katie says that she and Tom have lived in New York for “at least two years.” She wants to prove that she’s a legal resident because she’s more likely to be granted sole custody of Suri Cruise who she’s trying to keep away from Tom and the church of Scientology.

This is going to get ugly.
