Janet Jackson and Wissam al Mana have been together for a few years now. Each summer they hit Italy where they’re seen in villas and on yachts. Wissam is a billionaire. He’s usually photographed wearing all black and often looking pretty serious, but he was all smiles when he was photographed with his girlfriend last week.

There were rumors that Wissam was going to wife Janet up. So far it looks like that isn’t true, but based upon these pictures, they definitely don’t need a piece of paper and a few rings to be happy together.
