Kris Humphries' sources say that Kris got tested for STDs "very recently" and he has tested negative. Kayla Goldberg has filed a lawsuit claiming that Kris gave her Herpes after she recently allegedly had sex with him in his Los Angeles hotel room.

Kris plans on vigorously fighting the lawsuit filed against him by Kayla Goldberg and is considering counter-suing her for defamation," Radar reports.

Kayla claims that she developed symptoms of herpes around four or five days after her first sexual encounter with the Hump.

"Kris will take the advice of his lawyers, but he absolutely wants to take legal action against Kayla Goldberg for her actions and this lawsuit," the insider reveals.

Kris doesn't strike me as the type of reckless jerk to go around spreading diseases (if he knew he was infected); and based upon the war he's launched against Kim Kardashian, I hope this Kayla woman isn't some delusional opportunist.
