Kris Humphries gave a woman named Kayla Goldberg herpes, according to documents she just filed. Kayla says she met Kris at the Newsroom Cafe in Los Angeles. They later met up at Trousdale nightclub on Sunset Strip before meeting at Kris' hotel for some grown folks' business.

Kris and Kayla "had sex multiple times including oral sex" and "Kris did not wear a condom," according to Kayla's lawsuit.

Kayla says that she was diagnosed with Herpes a week later. She's suing for unspecified damages.
