Remember when the Gaga said she wouldn't be speaking with the media "for a long time" or some crap like that? Well she still Tweets like crazy and  posted a photo of her new tatt saying "New Ink, New Album."

So I guess that's that. Twenty seven million Twitter followers got a hint about Gaga's new album – it drops in September. I think that's what's wrong with Mother Monster, she sh!ts out her albums too quickly now for whatever reason.

I don't think she's bringing the quality that she could to the table because she's in such a hurry to release a new album each year. On the bright side, Taylor Kinney's girlfriend does look much better in the photo above than she does in some of her Twitpics.
