Michael Phelps has been dating a 25 year-old model named Megan Rossee since January. Phelps was spotted celebrating his London wins with a "mystery blonde," but thanks to sources, Megan has been identified.
Hollyscoop says that "things started to heat up just prior to the Olympics in London," but the couple has been together since January of this year.
"At the time when they began dating, [The Hills'] Doug Reinhardt was crushing on her too, but she chose to be with Michael instead."
Mikey is really into Megan.
"Michael knew that he had to leave for the Olympics and not wanting to give up on their relationship, he flew Megan out to the trials in Omaha, then to London for The Games."
Megan posted the photo above of our Because He's Hot guy with the caption "Yay Michael."
The happy couple will "remain in London for three weeks after the Olympics" to enjoy all things London town!
