Michael Phelps has pretty much always been single. He's been linked with a long list of random hoes but it looks like he's pretty serious with Megan Rossee, a blonde 5'9 model who lives in Los Angeles.

According to her website, Megan is a "model/actress with experience in High Fashion Print, Runway, Film and Television." Sure!

She's 25 years old and has been with Golden Boy since January.
