Miley Cyrus was spotted in Manhattan's East Village with her male best friend, Cheyne Thomas, yesterday. Miley was wearing some signature short jeans shorts and a t-shirt.

Miley went shopping and hailed a cab.

Yes, I hated on Miles' hair and Evan Rachel Wood claimed that she's going gay. In reality, she doesn't look so bad. I have seen other pictures of Miley's short do from another paparazzi site the other week and she looked pretty hot. She doesn't have the shape of face for it, but she definitely has big, gorgeous eyes, which helps. Liam Hemsworth's fiance looks great here!
